《CLANNAD～AFTER STORY～》是由京都动画根据Key社同名游戏《CLANNAD》改编的电视动画，也是电视动画《CLANNAD》的第2期作品。
动画于2008年10月2日在TBS首播，全24话，其中TV未放送的特别篇收录在BD中。第二季动画以冈崎朋也和古河渚为主角，讲述朋也在高中毕业之后，与渚共同生活的故事，其内容改编自游戏的AFTER STORY篇。

《CLANNAD～AFTER STORY～》 is a television anime series adapted from the visual novel game of the same name developed by Key. It is the second season of the anime series "CLANNAD".
The anime premiered on TBS on October 2, 2008, with a total of 24 episodes. The unaired special episode is included in the BD release. The second season focuses on the main characters Tomoya Okazaki and Nagisa Furukawa, and tells the story of their life together after graduating from high school. It is an adaptation of the "AFTER STORY" arc from the game.
